Service/IT Desk Support / Technical Support (Level 1 & 2)

Service/IT Desk & Technical Support professionals provide technical support for software products, services, networks, and applications. As these professionals respond to tickets raised or calls made by users, they often require great customer service skills and good technical knowledge of their product. Technical Support employees will also allocate and escalate technical issues to development teams that fall outside of their knowledge base and manage them to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
